495 I gained by losing
I lost one things to gain you again
And the poor one came seeking your grace
This is the time for you to bestow it
And I bowed at your feet begging this to you
I melt within me to celebrate you
As “the perfect grace and the invisible one”
I came and surrendered myself to you
By singing songs praising you
You removed our sins
And threw away the curse on us
And you redeemed us for you
And you gave yourself for that
I understood through my reason
Therefore I worship you
And I become yours through our relationship
And I got the blessed status to live in you
Now I understood one thing that
I can gain you back by losing one thing
Therefore I took a resolution today that
I will lose me in you
The only thing that I have to lose is
The spirit of ‘ego’
And I lost that completely today
And therefore I gained you again
And I will preserve you again as a treasure
Not to lose it again
There is nothing equal to it
And I don’t want to lose it again

A joyful time to celebrate with the Lord about gaining Him by loosing oneself. Once we give up our ‘ego’ what a freedom that we feel within us and how close we go near to God. Though this is the most difficult thing for me to do, yet coming to His presence like a child and rejoicing in my relationship with Him helps me to overcome my ego—at least with Him.

ஏழைவந்தேன் உன் அருள் வேண்டி

தாள் பணிந்தேன் நான் உனைவேண்டி
அருளே, அருவே என உன்னை
உருகி உருகிக் கொண்டாடி
வந்தேன் தந்தேன்நான் என்னை
புகழ்ந்து மகிழ்ந்து பண்பாடி
எமது பாவம் போக்கிவிட்டாய்
எம்சாபம் நீ நீக்கிவிட்டாய்
எம்மை உமக்காய் மீட்டுவிட்டாய்
எமக்காய் உன்னைத் தந்துவிட்டாய்
அறிவால் உணர்வால் புரிந்துகொண்டேன்
அதனால் உன்னைத் தொழுதுகொண்டேன்
உறவால் உனதாய் ஆகிவிட்டேன்
உன்னில் வாழும் பேறுபெற்றேன்
இப்போப் புரிந்தது எனக்கொன்று
இழந்தால் பெறலாம் அதுவென்று
என்னை இழப்பேன் உனில் இன்று
உறுதி கொண்டேன் நானின்று
இழக்க என்னில் இருப்பதெல்லாம்
“எனது” என்ற எண்ணம்மட்டும்
அதை இன்றோடு இழந்துவிட்டேன்
அதனால் உன்னை நான்பெற்றேன்
பெற்ற உன்னை இழக்காமல்
பொக்கிஷம் போல காத்துவைப்பேன்
அதற்கு ஈடாய் ஏதுமில்லை
அதனை இழக்க மனமுமில்லை
