Among various relationships, friendship stands unique. A friend is one to whom we don’t need to explain ourselves. In fact the way we can talk so many things with a friend we cannot talk with others. For me my relationship with the Lord is that kind of friendship in which I need not explain to him. In fact as I said, I can even enquire about his well being and his activities as I share mine. In friendship we keep the interest of our friend in our mind first. Unlike relatives where we relate because of our duty, in friendship mutual commitment makes it stronger and binds deeply. Such a picture with the Lord always is cheering me always.
