Last night I listened a Carnatic music program. And one song which is written in ‘Sandam’ music continued to echo in my mind today also. Even when I was reading book, the same kind of music was echoing within me. Then I stopped reading the book and wrote this song in the same music form. This kind of Parrot song or addressing birds, animals, cloud, rain, wind are quite common in Indian music tradition. So I addressed this song to the Parrot. Nothing special in the meaning. But if you listen to such a song the music will help you to get uplifted in your spirit. If this song is sung in Sandam mixing with ‘Punnahavarali’ it will be marvellous. I will send the voice recording soon.
